add2grps : Adds a user to a
several groups
addgrp
: Creates a local/global group (updated)
addtogrp
: Adds several users to a group (updated)
adduser
: Adds a user with most definable attributes
ansi2oem : filter
input/output/arguments from ANSI to OEM charset (for
