Windows NT cmd-line Utilities from Guillaume Bordier

You can use these free utilities in your batchs or command line scripts
All utilities below are full 32 bits-Win32 console utilities that can be launched via a service

add2grps : Adds a user to a several groups
addgrp : Creates a local/global group (updated)
addtogrp : Adds several users to a group (updated)
adduser : Adds a user with most definable attributes
ansi2oem : filter input/output/arguments from ANSI to OEM charset (for spawning commands from scripts with accented caracters)
chgpass : Changes admin password on several machines (getting list from domain/browser/file)
chgpwd : Changes a user's password
chgstr : replaces a string in a file
chguser : renames a user
chgusrpass : for a user to change his own password
chgval : change a value in a [INI] file
delgrp : deletes a group
deluser : deletes a user

getdomain : get the domain for a local/remote workstation
getdc : get a DC for a domain
getgrp : replacement for findgrp, get all groups for a user (global, local + local in a trusting domain)
getip : get IP address of a name
getpdc : get the PDC for a domain
getusinf : get all user information from the command line
outexe : redirect stderr to stdout
regacl : View/Change ACLs (permissions on a local/remote registry key
regdel : deletes a local/remote registry key
getdomain : Gives domain of a local or remote workstation

StringConverter : Convert strings and files from/to ANSI, OEM, UNICODE BASE64 both from command-line and as a COM Automation component
